We want you to love your Ankara Blvd merchandise, but understand that items may need to be returned for various reasons.
Our policy lasts 14 days after the date you received your merchandise. If 14 days have gone by since you received your merchandise, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a store credit.
Due to the custom nature of our merchandise, we do not offer refunds or exchanges; only returns for store credit. We cannot make any exceptions to this policy, except for defective products.
To be eligible for a store credit, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
You are responsible for selecting your preferred shipping carrier and method. We recommend using one that can be insured and tracked.
Ankara Blvd is not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
You will not be reimbursed for your return postage
Return unworn, unwashed merchandise by mail. All Swimwear are final sale and nonreturnable due to hygienic reason. Please contact us via email before returning your item(s)- Email email@example.com.
As soon as your item(s) is received we will issue you a code for the value of your original item to be used for store credit.
You will be responsible for shipping costs for returning your item(s).

- Subject line: ATTENTION: Defective Product
- Email 2-3 pictures of the defective product(s).
- Within the body of the email, please include your order number and inform us if you would like us to ship a new product or issue a refund.
