    WHY DID MY ORDER COME FROM CHINA?

    Our fulfillment teams are located in the United States, Canada, China, and Latvia. Majority of our products comes from China. We do not hold ready-made inventory for immediate shipment.

    WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED? PLEASE READ

    We do not hold ready-made inventory for immediate shipment. The majority of our products are custom made. After an order has been placed, it's immediately sent to one of our five fulfillment centers where we will ship your items. Our fulfillment centers are located in the United States, Canada, China, and Latvia. 

     

    Orders are usually processed within 7-10 business days unless otherwise stated in the product description or your confirmation email.

     

    Once your order has processed, please allow 2-4 weeks for shipping (varies by location- see delivery times below). You will be sent a confirmation email with your tracking number once your package ships.

     

    NOTE: These are estimated delivery times. Ankara Blvd does not guarantee delivery dates. We will, however, always do our best to deliver on or before your delivery date.

     

    Please double check all shipping information before submitting your order. Your order will be delayed if we have to contact you to update incorrect information.

     

    Your order may be delivered to you by either the local post office or a local courier. Most orders will be delivered by your local post service, so the package will arrive with your regular mail. If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice may be left by the postal service advising where your delivery can be collected.

     

    We will not re-ship packages returned for wrong or incomplete addresses and customer unavailability.

     

    If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must contact the delivery carrier and address the issue directly with them. Ankara Blvd does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been stated as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.

    THE PRODUCT I RECEIVED IS DEFECTIVE! CAN YOU PLEASE PROVIDE THE POLICY REGARDING SUCH MATTERS?

    WHAT TYPE OF FABRIC IS THE PRODUCTS MADE OF?

    Please read the product descriptions. Our products are not made out of authentic Ankara fabrics.

    DO YOU HAVE THIS SHOE IN A LARGER SIZE?

    Men: For the majority of the shoes no, however, we do have a small selection of shoes which goes up to size 15. On our website search for "Large Size" 

    Ladies: Maybe, most of the time we carry the same shoe for men. Please check our men's selection for larger shoe size and convert the size. For example, if you wear a size 8 in women, you will be size 6.5 in men. See the chart below:
